Q: Why should I buy a custom plan over one of the standard pre made plans?
A: While the pre made plans allow for slight alterations based on individual need, they lack the exact individuality of a custom plan. With a custom plan you will receive regular scheduled video calls as well as my personal number to contact when an issue arrises. I'd recommend getting a custom plan if you are looking for more than just muscle gain or fat loss, if you are an athlete for example and have very specific needs, or if you are less mobile and need a plan more tailored to you, a custom plan will be more beneficial.
